Shipping Charges :
Domestic Ground Shipping (Continental USA only)
Shipping charges will be charged based upon your total order and will be
shipped VIA FEDEX ground service in the Continental United States (*except
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). The following rates apply:

$75.00 - $500.00
For orders that require multiple shipments, there will be a $6.00 charge for each shipment made on your backorder.
To minimize these charges shipments will be in $75.00 increments. We reserve the right to ship orders in any number
of shipments per order we desire. Any customer request to ship backorder under $75.00 require an additional $5.00
For orders shipped to a Post Office Box, you will be billed for the actual cost charged by the United States Postal Service (plus $3.00 service charge).
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping charges will be billed at the actual cost charged by the carrier (plus $3.00 service charge).
FedEx next day, two day, and three day shipping are available. Please call us at
1-800-225-4424 if in the USA or 781-321-0090 if
outside the USA to place your order. Express shipping charges will be billed at the actual costs charged by the carrier (plus $3.00 service charge).
We can not estimate these charges ahead of time since each order varies in weight and size.
For orders outside the Continental United States, you will be billed at the actual cost charged by FedEx or the United States Post Office
(plus $3.00 service charge). We can not estimate these charges ahead of time since each order varies in weight and size and the charges vary
from country to country. If you place the order on line no shipping charge will appear, the actual cost will be charged once your order
is shipped. You will receive a second charge on your credit card for these charges. Please call 781-321-0090 if you have any questions.
We are not responsible for printing errors, for sale of Layaway items, for
shipment cutbacks from any manufacturers/distributors, or for the acceptance of
overbooked orders for a particular item. All items are on a first come first
Damaged Merchandise :
All items are shipped fully insured. If you receive items damaged by the
freight carrier, please call us so we may contact the freight carrier. Hold the
damaged item along with the shipping box until it is picked up from you.

Back Orders :
Due to the unique manufacturing process in the industry, some
backorders may take quite a while to ship. Items will remain on backorder until
product is received from the manufacturer or notice is received that it is not
being made. The customer may cancel their back orders at any time prior to
receipt from the manufacturer.
Please call 781-321-0090 to get a return authorization which must
appear on your shipping label below the city and state. Please use preprinted
label attached to your invoice.
The yellow invoice copy must be enclosed with the backside completed explaining what needs to be done. The merchandise
must be in the original package in unused condition.
Massachusetts Residents :
NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS
OF RECEIPT. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and applicable
freight charges if not exchanged for merchandise of equal value.
No returns of
books or video tapes. All warranty returns must be prepaid by the customer
